This course gives a exceptional atmosphere for planners and real estate developers to come up with a mutual comprehension of just how to balance private and public interests in urban development. It has a strong focus on sustainable urban development. The Graduate Certificate in Property and Planning is a foundation course for pupils who go onto research the Master of Planning or the Master of Property Development.
