This course gives a exceptional atmosphere for planners and real estate developers to come up with a mutual comprehension of just how to balance private and public interests in urban development. It has a strong focus on sustainable urban development. The Graduate Certificate in Property and Planning is a foundation course for pupils who go onto research the Master of Planning or the Master of Property Development.   • Applicants must have among the following: a UTS recognised bachelor's degree, or equivalent, or an advanced degree in the area of built environment. In addition to the above mentioned qualifications, applicants must provide: your own statement (max. 300 words) clearly articulating property, planning or construction work experience a 2-page CV. The English competency requirement of local applicants with international qualifications is: Academic IELTS: 6.5 overall with a writing score of 6.0
