This unit is part of the Tourism, Travel and Hospitality Training Package. It copes with the knowledge and skills necessary to provide responsible gambling companies, and to assist those clients that have issues with problem gaming. Responsible betting services must be provided through which gambling activities are undertaken. At the hospitality business, the betting environment is usually called the gaming area and is provided in a selection of places, such as hotels, motels, nightclubs, pubs and casinos.
