You will be studying the accredited psychology major sequence only, meaning that you may complete their education in no more than one year (should you study complete time at trimesters 1, 2 and 3). Plus, the course may be studied on campus or on the web, providing you with the flexibility to attain your goals on your own program. The route may be short in duration, however, you're going to be receiving an extensive introduction into the human mind as well as the essentials of human behaviour. In your second and third trimester you're going to be covering more elaborate topics such as child development, psychopathologyand neural arrangement and social behaviour. The Graduate Diploma of Psychological Science is accredited by the Australian Psychology Accreditation Council (APAC) -- and is currently actually the same of a three-year accredited psychology undergraduate degree --thus once you graduate you can submit an application to an APAC-accredited'fourth year' of analysis which allows you to find out provisional enrollment with the Psychology Board of Australia.
The course has received Australian Psychology Accreditation Council (APAC) certification and Psychology Board of both Australia endorsement and can allow one to undertake extra study in search for specialist registration as a psychologist.
Entry will be based on performance in a recognised Level 7 undergraduate level eligibility (from a field aside from psychology).
