Description
The Bachelor in Psychology focuses on the psychologist as an agent of change and is aimed at those who want to be experts in human behavior in organizations and society. The programs focus translates into careers related to organizational intervention, consultancy, and improving the performance of businesses. Students are immersed in the profession from the start with the @Work Program, a mentor program where they observe and intern with practicing professionals and where they must put theory into practice. Students are encouraged to apply new approaches in the field and design strategies for improvement and development within organizations, communities and society.
