Sport and Exercise Science

This class offers students a very clear pathway to a career as a licensed exercise scientist or licensed sports scientist. Graduates of this system should have the ability to employ complex field knowledge into the design, delivery, and evaluation of exercise programs, interventions and assessments that meet the particular needs of their client.

This training course is provisionally accredited with Exercise and Sports Science Australia (ESSA).

• Year 12 or equivalent.
  Assumed knowledge: English, or Literature, or English and Literature, or English as an Additional Language (Units 4 & 3, C)
• Mathematical Methods or Specialist Mathematics (Units 4 & 3, C) plus one of Chemistry (Units 4 & 3, C), Physics (Units 4 & 3, C) or Biology (Units 3 & 4, C).
