Prepare yourself for a career in business
USQ’s Bachelor of Business is designed to equip you with the knowledge required for your career in business, while also developing the skills essential to thrive in a dynamic and increasingly technology-driven work environment. The degree effectively combines theoretical study with practical applications and experience, culminating in the opportunity in your final year to complete a course in Work Integrated Learning where you’ll work with an organisation to complete a project.
In addition to your chosen specialisation of Supply Chain Management, you can choose to study another area in-depth with a second major, or broaden your knowledge with a combination of minors and electives. These can be chosen from a wide range of business and commerce-related courses.
Why Supply Chain Management?
Supply chain managers are the quiet achievers of an organisation. They operate behind the scenes ensuring that products are produced and distributed in the right quantity, at the right time and to the right specifications. Smooth and reliable operation of the supply chain is vital to the continued success of any organisation.
Through this specialisation you will learn about how to plan, organise and control the flow of material and information within and between organisations, covering supply chain design, logistics management, distribution channels, supply chain operations and quality management.
