This qualification reflects the part of proficient surveying technicians. These people hold high level surveying skills, and perform duties concerning the operation of precise dimensions and setting out structures employing Licensed surveying equipment. Accreditation, legislative, regulatory or certification requirements apply in some States where cadastral and mining surveying must be undertaken under the supervision of a registered surveyor.
