Students with this course research instruction methodology and practice, linguistics, oral communication, language acquisition and curriculum design - and also how to apply these in numerous language education settings. Students will: Master the technical skills needed for the productive learning and teaching of English and other languages; build specialised information and skills for professional training in a range of educational settings; empower teachers with your strong subject and pedagogical knowledge; strengthen your skilled leadership skills; seriously reflect on the ways language instruction research and theory informs teaching training; set and maintain respectful and ethical relationships with students, colleagues and parents; and also develop the strengths and linguistic requirements of students in diverse cultural, spiritual and socioeconomic background. No prior teaching experience or eligibility is needed.

Applicants should have an undergraduate degree or equivalent as approved by the University Admissions Committee. No teaching experience is required.
