McMaster UniversityпПХs Faculty of Engineering and Mohawk CollegeпПХs School of Engineering Technology are partners collaborating to provide a new and innovative pathway to both a three-year college diploma and a two-year university degree designed for working technologists and internationally trained professionals. Four year degree programs are also available to secondary school graduates. Civil Engineering Infrastructure Technology (for graduates of College Civil Engineering Technology, Construction Engineering Technology and Architectural Technology programs) emphasizes the evaluation and inspection, repair and rehabilitation and decision making/asset management of various infrastructure systems from both technical and managerial points of view. Advanced technical studies include Geotechnical Engineering, Structural Design, Concrete Structures, Non-destructive Testing, Utilities Management, Potable Water and Sewer Systems, and Transportation and Land Use Planning.
