Training and Assessment

This qualification reflects that the functions of an individual delivering training and assessment services in the postsecondary education and training (VET) sector. This eligibility (or the skillsets produced from units of competency within it) can be suitable preparation for individuals engaged in the delivery of training and assessment of competence in a workplace context, as a component of a structured VET program.The volume of learning via a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is typically six weeks to 2 years.Licensing/Regulatory Information Achievement of the qualification by trainers is a requirement of the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2015.

Those entering this system has to be able to demonstrate vocational competency within their own proposed teaching and analyzing area. Vocational competency is understood to be broad industry knowledge and experience, and could comprise, but isn't limited by, holding a useful unit of competence or eligibility.
