Urban influences have always been central to Canadian development, and today the basic context of Canadian identity is predominantly urban. This program offers you an integrated, interdisciplinary perspective on the political, economic, geographic, social and cultural character of urban life. You will gain a strong background for careers related to the public and private sectors including urban and regional planning, urban architecture, social and cultural development within cities, environmental design and education.The Co-op program allows you to alternate in-school learning with 12 to 16 months of full-time paid work experience.
