Molde University College was founded in 1994. We have approximately 2700 students and 200 staff members.

Tree faculties

Molde University College has tree faculties, Faculty of Logistics, Faculty of Business Administration and Social Sciences and Faculty of Health Sciences and Social Care, all located at Molde Campus, 3 kilometers from the town centre of Molde.  We are also located in Kristiansund, where we offer study programmes in Nursing and Petroleum Logistics.

We want to provide our students with the best conditions, and to make their studies at Molde University College as efficient as possible. One of the things we emphasize is the relation between students and staff. We are proud of our academic staff and all the success stories from our graduates after completing their studies in Molde.

Our PhD programme in Logistics is internationally known and recognized. Our staff has a high standard in both teaching and research.  From 2014 we are also offering av new PhD programme in Health Science and Social Care.

Molde University College - Specialized University in Logistics (Norwegian: Høgskolen i Molde - Vitenskapelig høgskole i logistikk, abbreviated HiM) is a Norwegian specialized university. SiMolde

The Student Welfare Organization in Molde (SiMolde) owns and runs the student housing - SiMolde housing, the student book store - SiMolde Bok, the café, the kindergarten, the student housing and support student activities through the student organization iStudent. In addition we offer student counselling.

SiMolde is an independent company nearly related to Molde University College. Starting in 1976 we have over 35 years of experience in student welfare. Students choosing Molde will get an exiting and pleasant time for their studies.

Molde is a popular and pleasant city, known for its festivals. The city is perfectly located in terms of skiing, diving and other outdoor activities. You are welcome to take part in these opportunities.
