If you're a seasoned practitioner in nursing, then this degree provides you with an opportunity to enhance and expand your professional training and also to undertake research in professional or community settings.The degree offers a program of research together with supporting cooperation in the year. During a mixture of core and elective subjects, you are going to gain knowledge and techniques in designing and executing research, literature review methods, critical research and writing for publication, in addition to opportunities to apply these skills in clinical or professional projects of relevance to nursing. You will pursue an independent and sustained investigation in to an investigation issue of one's own design which will culminate in the submission of a thesis for study of 60,000 words.

Honours degree of H-2A standard or equivalent, or research Master's, or Master's by coursework with significant thesis component or equivalent, and at least three years relevant practical or professional experience. In some cases a candidate that are able to supply sufficient proof research capacity might be admitted through a special entry category.
