This qualification reflects the function of an individual employed in accounting and seeking skilled recognition, including taxation representatives, accounts managers and business analysts; and into employees performing a range of accounts management activities for organisations in a range of businesses. As of this level people are expected to employ technical and theoretical skills in a range of situations and also to display determination and initiative in preparation activities. They've independence in performing complex surgeries and can be responsible for planning, organizing and assessing the work of the others within broad but broadly speaking well-defined parameters.Licensing/Regulatory InformationWork works in the occupational areas in this eligibility could be used are subject to regulatory conditions. Refer to the FNS Financial Services Training Package Companion Volume Implementation Guide or the appropriate ruler for particular guidance on requirements.This eligibility includes units which comprise an approved Tax Practitioner Board (TPB) course in Australian law and business law, which can be relevant for registration as a tax representative. Persons seeking registration with the TPB should assess current registration conditions with the TPB, as registration requirements are reviewed regularly.
