Ageing Support

This qualification reflects the role of support workers who complete specialised actions and functions in elderly services; either in residential, community or home based surroundings. Workers will need responsibility for his or her own outputs within defined organisation guidelines and also maintain excellent service delivery through the creation, facilitation and inspection of individualised service planning and delivery.Workers may be asked to establish leadership and have limited liability for the organisation and also the quantity and quality of sparks of others within limited parameters.To achieve this qualification, the candidate must have completed at least 120 hours of work as detailed in the Assessment Requirements of the components of competency.No law, legislative, and regulatory or certification requirements affect the eligibility during publication.
