Ageing Support

This qualification reflects the function of support workers who complete specialized tasks and functions within elderly services; either from residential, community or home based surroundings. Workers will take responsibility for their own outputs within defined organisation instructions and also maintain excellent service delivery throughout the development, facilitation and review of individualised assistance preparation and delivery.Workers may be required to establish leadership and possess limited responsibility for your organisation and also the number and quality of outputs of the others within limited parameters.To achieve this qualification, the candidate will need to have completed at least 120 hours of are detailed in the Assessment Requirements of the units of competency.No law, legislative, regulatory or certification requirements apply to this qualification at the time of book.
