Requirements

  • Year 1 (and Year 2^) students (4-year curriculum) of any program offered by CUHK Business School;
  • Cumulative GPA 3.3 or higher;
  • Satisfactory score in either the TOEFL (Paper: 600 / Computer: 250 / Internet: 100) or IELTS (7.0 or above);
  • Academic results achieved prior to entering CUHK will also be taken into consideration;
  • Shortlisted applicants will be interviewed.
  • ^ For academic year 2015-16 only, ABS is also open to Year 2 students (4-year curriculum) of any program offered by CUHK Business School. However if your expected term of graduation is Term 2 of 2017-18, note that your final term of your final year (i.e. Term 2 of 2017-18) will be on exchange to Waseda University. For final year students, you must extend your study period at CUHK before commencing the graduation term by applying with and submitting the required form to our Program for endorsement. By accepting ABS' admission offer, you acknowledge your acceptance that your graduation will be deferred, i.e. you will graduate after 2018. You should also make in advance a well thought through and circumspect study plan for the terms leading up to your graduation.
