This double degree increases livelihood options across communication and law fields. The communication component prepares students for professional roles in the fast evolving communication industries. Students gain experience of a wide assortment of communication literacies and local and worldwide communication systems. Students will comprehend the significance of ethnic diversity, for example Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives, in domestic and globalised communications environments. Their education provides a strong foundation in contemporary law knowledge and transferable skills like critical analysis, problem solving and research that will equip students to their own careers. Journalism: Australian Writers' Association (AJA) section of the Media, Entertainment and Arts Alliance (MEAA). Law (Honours): Graduates meet the academic requirements for admission as a solicitor and/or barrister in all Australian states and territories. It is also recognized for entry purposes in West and East Malaysia, India, Fiji and Papua New Guinea.
