Description
Our PhD program provides a good background for those who wish to pursue careers in education, research, or in related areas of science, technology, business, and government, where mathematics is important. One of our programs goals is to give students an overview of the most important areas of mathematics. Another goal of our program is to provide students with the required knowledge about mathematics. In other words, our program enables students to think with strong analytical vision, and to explore and to find solutions to mathematical problems instead of accepting the given results as the solutions for the problems. At our PhD program, students are expected to register for five compulsory and two elective courses. In addition to this, students also have to prepare a thesis.
