Course Structure
This is an intensive course that provides a qualification that is both professional and at postgraduate level. This includes three statutory practical placements within approved NHS Trusts. The Postgraduate Diploma, which provides eligibility to apply to the register of health professionals with theHealth Professions Council (HPC), is taught full-time over 18 months continuously commencing in September.

The MSc can be obtained post registration by completing an additional semester, or part-time up to six years after starting the course. This will allow you to complete your MSc while in employment as a dietitian and includes the production of a research protocol, undertaking research and the production of a research dissertation.
