Graduates have knowledge to solve technical and technological problems as well as organizational issues connected with using, transformation and protection of environmental resources. Graduates are qualified to design, construct and operate the following equipment and technology: drawing and distribution of water, neutralization and disposal of wastewater and sewage sludge, waste neutralization, the environmental protection from degradation, design and construction of the internal plumbing in buildings, design and construction of the external water supply and sewage systems, design and manufacturing of heating, ventilation and air-conditioning. Graduates find employment in water supply and sewage companies, in environmental protection offices of industrial companies, in the bodies of local and national government, in design offices and research institutions. Graduates have the ability to use professional literature in the field of environmental engineering. Graduates are prepared to attend the postgraduate studies.
