The program consists of 4 academic semesters.

This programme, offering two specialisations in French linguistics and French literature and civilization, is aimed at training experts in French with a profound knowledge of the culture, history and political systems of French speaking countries.

Special emphasis is laid on the effort to assist students in developing skills necessary for self-study, life-long learning and self-management. The program covers the same elements of French Language, Literature and Culture like the programs of universities in France (Theory and analysis of French literature; Theoretical and Applied Approaches of Linguistics, French Esthetics, Contemporary French Literature and Civilization, French Philosophy) and preparing students to PhD-programs in French Studies of all the countries of the European Union.
