General Science

The General Science program, leading to a Bachelor of Science degree, gives students an education in science that is broader than the Majors program, but still rigorous. The program offers students the opportunity to specialize at the upper level (third and fourth years) in two or more of the areas of biology, chemistry, earth sciences, mathematical and computing science (mathematics, computing science and statistics), and physics.Students can expect opportunities for practical, hands-on experience across a spectrum of science disciplines in the classroom, in the lab, and in the field.
