Health economists employ economic principles to the healthcare system as a way to find out how resources can be best utilised to improve the wellbeing of inhabitants. The Graduate Certificate in Health Economics introduces students to the basic foundations of both micro and macro-economic fundamentals, and also to a selection of concepts and methods used in economics.
