International Sports Technology

This system provides an in depth comprehension of the engineering areas relevant for developing innovative sports products. This system includes intensive laboratory function, from classroom-integrated projects to technical work in facilities such as RMIT's large industrial end tube. Students will gain skills in problem-solving and innovative thinking along with extensive knowledge in developing sports services and products and unique skills in developing methods and tools for the progress of performance and training assessment.

The International Sports Engineering Association (ISEA) is now developing an international accreditation system for sports technology and engineering classes. Supporters of this program are inclined to be accredited on cooperation.

• A mentor, master or doctoral degree with a GPA of at least 2.0 out of 4.0 (where applicable) in one of these areas is required. Engineering - BEng or MEng or PhD, or Science
• BSc or MSc or PhD in the fields of human movement, sports and exercise science, physical education, sport training, physiotherapy, disability, nursing, biology, math, pure sciences, applied sciences
• or Medication - MBBS, MD Relevant work experience in sports or industry businesses or sports experience as an athlete or coach is also desirable but not compulsory.
