Kinesiology (University of Alberta)

Kinesiology is the science dealing with the interrelationship of the physiological processes and anatomy of the human body with respect to movement. As a graduate with a degree in Kinesiology, you may work as a rehabilitation or physical therapist with specialized training in their branch of therapy, as a consultant designing sports equipment and researching ways to improve athletic performance, exploring health problems, or improving designs for artificial limbs for amputees. Or you may choose to earn your Ph.D. to research and teach in the field.
