The Master of Landscape Architecture provides students with the opportunity to collaborate along side celebrated practitioners from awardwinning international design studios and leading experts within the area of urban design. Students engage in a variety of projects that relies up on the huge questions that face global contemporary cities and arenas: urban densification, climatechange, decreasing resource distribution (land, food and water) and the loss of biological diversity through ecological fragmentation and habitat destruction. Utilizing the very up-to-date and useful methodologies and technologies, students participate in practice-based studios to come up with their complex problemsolving skills to be able to address the important role of landscape at the cities for the future. By building higher level level expert understanding, UTS students graduate with a selection of advocacy, political and expert agency, job administration and financial skills to be able to tackle current issues in global and local contexts.
