The overall objective of the program is to provide students with an up-to-date knowledge base in research related to leadership and organizational psychology, and how it may be applied to the tasks and challenges of management and leadership in the modern organization.

Classical topics such as work motivation, job satisfaction, health and productivity, and leadership will be covered, as well as more contemporary topics such as decision-making, strategic thinking and creativity in organizations.
