Local, Family and Applied History

This app is designed particularly for students that are interested in the search for local, family and applied history for personal, professional or community reasons. It gives training in, by way of example, local and family history sources and approaches, heritage conservation, history and museums, monuments and memorials, dental historyhistory in picture. It also has an opportunity to pursue expert development through work experience in an applied history field; locates local, family and employed history within wider clinics in researching and presenting history; and also introduces the wide variety of work opportunities - paid and voluntary - available to professional historians.
