Mine Geotechnical Engineering

The Guru of Mine Geotechnical Engineering is specially designed for those working over the underground rock or underground coalmining businesses, and who have responsibilities within the subject of strata control. It has been specifically designed to cater to anyone professionals using both an engineering and also a scientific foundation. Students study fundamental principles of rock mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering, accompanied closely by a comprehensive policy of technical strata control software. For entry to the Masters program, students need to first complete the part-time Graduate Diploma. There are just two plans provided: Underground Ground Control and Coal Mine Strata Control.

Entry to the Masters in Mine Geotechnical Engineering is by satisfying the requirements of This UNSW Graduate Diploma in Under-ground Ground Control or UNSW Graduate Diploma in Coal Mine Strata Control Having a minimum of 70 Percent WAM and no Route Neglects.
