This app is designed to give legal and non-legal professionals an awareness specific field of law applicable to the mining and energy industries. Students will find out about oil law, mining law, corporate governance for funds companies and the arrangements utilized in the oil industry. Optional regions of study include international oil and gas law, environmental law, international environmental law, climate change and emissions trading and oil and gas project development law in addition to any subject selected from the Master of Laws program.

  • Bachelor of Laws in UWA or equivalent completed to a high Quality
  • Or completed All of Components required for the Graduate Degree in Law from UWA with a weighted average mark of 60%
  • Or completed all Components required for the Graduate Degree in Energy Law from UWA with a weighted average mark of 60%
  • Or completed all Components required for the Graduate Degree in Commercial and Resources Law from UWA with a weighted average mark of 60%
  • or Perhaps a Bachelor degree with Honours in a relevant subject area requiring at least 4 years of full-time Analysis or equivalent
