The Graduate degree in Planning offers a new career path for designing, planning and property professionals, equipping graduates with a broad comprehension of preparation issues along with the negotiation skills and creative thinking necessary to fix them. Where as preparation has often been regarded as an endorsement procedure, UTS procedures the area as a important task, one that joins communities by governments, developers and institutions. UTS firmly believes the best planners do not merely apply current regulations. UTS Faculties are creative problem solvers and negotiators, able to perform efficiently in teams and with stakeholders to deliver workable answers to complex residential, commercial and infrastructure development problems. Property development and intending students study a common first year, that develops a more mutual comprehension of how to balance public and private interests in urban development.

  • Applicants must have completed one of these classes: a UTS recognised bachelor degree, or equivalent, or even perhaps a UTS Graduate Certificate in Property and Planning at credit degree, or an Advanced degree in a relevant subject: design, social science, and real estate, preparation, valuation, engineering, horticulture. Applicants who don't meet the academic requirements could be considered on the capability to demonstrate equivalency through a minimum of 5 years' relevant work experience. Applicants need to provide a 3-page CV outlining their work experience that is applicable. The English competency requirement for global students or regional applicants with international credentials is: Academic IELTS: 6.5 overall with a writing score of 6.0
  • Or TOEFL: newspaper established: 550-583 complete with TWE of 4.5, internet established: 79-93 complete with a writing score of 2 1
  • Or AE5: Pass
  • Or PTE: 58-64
  • Or CAE: 176-184. Qualification for admission doesn't guarantee offer of a place.
