Students with the class select two areas from a choice of scientific streams, including mathematics, chemistry, ecology and mathematics, and also will learn to align their specialisations to center instruction principles. Students will: Demonstrate specialised understanding and techniques in two mathematics areas, across a range of classes and year groups, in just a second school environment; learn the concepts and fundamentals which would be the cornerstone for educational training in secondary classes; demonstrate a understanding of student needs and differences, and develop instruction activities for a range of indigenous, EALD and conventional preferences; develop and execute effective assessment strategies and carry out assessment of instruction programs, resources and also your own teaching; and also apply the compulsory content comprehension for all secondary school curriculum subjects to teaching and reporting processes, alternate/enhanced literacy and numeracy plans, and also the effective use of ICT in teaching and learning.
Entry to this course is based on an entry position. A position can be accomplished by means of a year 1 2 ATAR, additional Australian qualification, work experience, or an international qualification. All applicants will be required to finish a written statement in response to questions intended to assess their suitability to the teaching profession.
