• or Graduate Certification in Human Resource Management from UNE or its equivalent
• Or Masters qualification in a relevant discipline.
  All candidates must supply two referee reports from senior or employers coll eagues (on company letterhead) plus a restart
• Plus two decades of full time equivalent relevant professional experience. Relevant areas might comprise, but isn't limit ed to: Human Resources, Business or Management. Relevant professional experience refers to some position of responsibility in any organisational or industry context.
