The MA Translation Studies with Intercultural Communication is a unique degree that brings together the strengths of various fields within the humanities. Native English speakers: a UK First or Second class honours degree in another language. Speakers of other languages: an equivalent degree in English, translation or other relevant subject.English language requirementsNon-native speakers of English without a first degree in English will normally be required have 6.5 IELTS or above, with 7.0 or more in writing (or equivalent). English Language Requirements IELTS band: 6.5 IMPORTANT NOTE: Since April 2014 the ETS tests (including TOEFL and TOEIC) are no longer accepted for Tier 4 visa applications to the United Kingdom. The university might still accept these tests to admit you to the university, but if you require a Tier 4 visa to enter the UK and begin your degree programme, these tests will not be sufficient to obtain your Visa.
