The Weekend-MBA  is designed to offer maximum flexibility to full-time working professionals with all the benefits of a face-to-face MBA program. Designed for ambitious professionals, who want to accelerate their careers while staying fully employed.

As an MBA student at Luxembourg School of Business you will be exposed to  experienced professionals  working in various industries in Luxembourg and abroad. Through collaborative projects, you will gain insights and fresh perspectives from your classmates. This exposure will also forge bonds that will expand your professional network.

Format:  The duration of the program is 24 months, with classes taking place two weekends per month* (Fridays from 6pm to 9pm, Saturdays from 9am to 5pm).

The curriculum is divided into six modules. Over the course of the program, students engage in a “leadership journey” which allows them to nurture their own leadership styles. For this, each module opens with a different leadership course, providing students with various tools.

*In some few occasions it is possible to have 3 weekends of class in a month.*In some few occasions it is possible to have 3 weekends of class in a month.

Language: The program is entirely taught in English.

Intakes: March & September, seats are limited apply now to secure your spot.

Distinguishing Features:

Leadership Journey: We believe leadership is not something that can be simply contained in one MBA course. This MBA program was designed so that each of the six modules opens up with a different leadership course, helping students explore different perspectives on what it means to lead.

As part of this leadership journey the students have the opportunity to participate in two outdoor workshops, where they should develop their leadership skills by being exposed to challenging conditions.

Leadership workshop with the Luxembourgish Army:  Under the supervision of the Luxembourgish Army general staff, students will complete a two day workshop in order to improve their team leadership skills in a challenging environment.

Regatta Race Competition:  MBA students can participate in a regatta race competition at the Belgian Coast. Throughout this experience, our participants learn how to communicate a clear vision and work as a team under the pressure of a sailing competition in a completely unknown and challenging environment.

Consulting Project:  The Weekend MBA concludes with a consulting project whereby groups of students work on solving real-life issues for real companies operating in Luxembourg or abroad. This project required students to combine many previously-learned concepts and apply them in practice while working as a team. The Consulting Project is lead and overseen by two LSB faculty members.

Mentorship Program: The Mentorship Program is a unique opportunity for new participants to be onboarded by current MBA students. The new students will receive coaching and guidance in order to make the transition smoother and get advice on best practices to follow the MBA program. This is also a great opportunity to start expanding your network and making new connections outside your cohort!
