This qualification describes the skills and knowledge of a baker who bakes cake, bread, cake and biscuit products employed in a commercial carbonated environment.All work must be completed to comply with workplace procedures, in accord with State/Territory food safety, and also work safe practices, laws and laws that affect the workplace.No occupational licensing, and legislative or certificate requirements apply for this unit during time of book.

There are no entrance requirements for this qualification.
