The course will teach students to challenge conventions and go beyond established pathways, and then equip them to manage and lead decisively in a intricate business world. Like a QUT MBA student they'll critically analyse business situations and develop advanced methods to realworld cases. Through flexible and advanced units, students will build the skills essential to becoming a international small business practitioner. The technical nature of this program empowers students to employ concepts and direction processes learned in class directly for their workplace. Individuals will acquire the understanding and skills to become a highly effective leader and director within their organisation.

• An completed recognised Bachelor degree in any field with a minimum grade point average of 4.5 (on QUT's 7-point scale)
• A minimum of 36 months full time post degree work experience with minimum of 2 years relevant professional work experience plus 1 yr minimum supervisory/management experience
• And 2 referee reports.
