USQ’s Bachelor of Business is designed to equip you with the knowledge required for your career in business, while also developing the skills essential to thrive in a dynamic and increasingly technology-driven work environment. The degree effectively combines theoretical study with practical applications and experience, culminating in the opportunity in your final year to complete a course in Work Integrated Learning where you will work with an organisation to complete a project.
In addition to your chosen specialisation of International Business, you can choose to study another area in-depth with a second major, or broaden your knowledge with a combination of minors and electives. These can be chosen from a wide range of business and commerce-related courses.
Firms conducting business in an increasingly global working environment need employees who understand how to deal with the challenges facing them. The International Business major prepares you for such a role with a unique blend of business and international relations courses alongside the opportunity to learn a language (Indonesian, Mandarin or German).
