This qualification reflects the use of commercial cooks who use a vast selection of well-developed cookery expertise and solid knowledge of kitchen operations to organize menu and food items. Working with discretion and judgement, they utilize some freedom and under limited oversight using plans, policies and procedures to direct work activities.This eligibility provides a pathway to work as a business cook from organisations such as restaurants, hotelsand clubs, pubs, caf\u00e9s, and java shops.No occupational licensing, and certificate or specific legislative requirements connect with the eligibility during publication.
