Forms of assessment

The Master of Arts in Digital Management programme is organised in modules. Each module consists of up to six contact hours per semester. Performance will be graded on the basis of final exams, presentations, and papers. Each module will be awarded with ECTS credits according to the required workload.

Course objectives

This Master's programme prepares students for the demands of globally operating companies and qualifies them for top positions or for founding their own company. Graduates of the Master's programme in Digital Management will find a broad range of areas in which they can apply their business administrative expertise and skills. Diverse positions (e.g., Investment Manager or Business Development Manager) may be found within the media and communication sector as well as other interesting business sectors.

Language requirements

Applicants must provide proof of their English skills through one of the following methods:
  • TOEFL (minimum 80 points internet-based)
  • IELTS (minimum 6.5)
  • minimum 60 ECTS from an English Bachelor's programme
  • internal test of Hochschule Fresenius

Academic requirements

University entrance qualification
Bachelor's degree with 180 ECTS credits and a grade of 2.5 and better (otherwise personal interview)
45 ECTS credits in business, economics, and/or communication science modules (otherwise internal assessment test)
English level B2

190 EUR per semester (The fee includes a semester ticket covering public transport in the Cologne metropolitan area.)
