Human Resource Management and Behavioural Science

The Bachelor of Human Resource Management is administered by the School of Business. The dual degree using Behavioural Science allows students to grasp the scientific study of human behaviour while also analyzing the essentials of managing people within organisations. Pupils studying behavioral science and human resource management learn the way humans grow, learn, come together and so are all motivated. Behavioural science provides opportunities for observation, self-development and the study of individual differences, at the same period as investigating ways this knowledge could be applied in every day life.
