The Master’s in Human Resource Management (MHRM) focuses on developing expert knowledge and deeper understanding of human resource management, leadership and behavior in organizations, employee and employment relationships, and human resource challenges in the MENA region.
Program Highlights:

Program:
- 15 months.
- 10 courses – 30 credits (9 courses required – 27 credits and one project – 3 credits).
- Admitted participants with a non-business undergraduate degree may be required to successfully complete two remedial business courses prior to the commencement of the HRM program.
The MHRM is a structured program, that is, it starts every fall semester. Classes are held three times a week (Thursday, Friday, and Saturday), once a month.

The MHRM program is looking to attract and admit candidates with the following requirements:
- Average GPA of at least 80 (3.2) from a university recognized by AUB in a business, social science, health/science or humanities’ subject.
- English Language Proficiency Requirement (ELPR) may be required depending on your home institution.
- Two letters of recommendation.
- Ideally candidates will have some work experience but it is not essential, as OSB count voluntary and internship experience.
- A Curriculum Vitae.
- An interview (when needed).

Graduate Assistantship
Waive 70% of the tuition, in return for 20 work hours per week with our OSB faculty members. The student should be a full time student. Assistantships are awarded based on academic record.
MasterCard Foundation Scholarship
The MasterCard Foundation Scholars Program at AUB aims to prepare young people to be change agents in their communities, countries, and regions and targets students who are academically promising, financially disadvantaged, and show a commitment to community give-back. It offers students full tuition support, a monthly stipend, medical insurance, housing, books and laptop, in addition to travel and flights for students from sub-Saharan Africa, Palestinian and Syrian refugees and needy Lebanese. The program requires scholars to attend a series of workshops, courses and field work in addition to the courses for their degree.Scholarships will be open for all the master's degrees offered at AUB. Only full-time students are eligible for this scholarship. Accepted students whose English language proficiency does not meet AUB requirements might require one or two additional semesters to complete the degree (for a total of 2.5 years). Expenses for the additional semester will be covered by the program.

OSB is offering additional scholarships and support, some of which are in partnership with various organizations and businesses committed to supporting education. These scholarship awards can cover up to 70% of tuition. Eligibility is based on satisfying admission requirements and academic excellence.
