Since October 2004, Saarland University Saarbrücken (Germany) has offered an international Master's programme in Language Science and Technology leading to the degree Master of Science (MSc) in four semesters. Saarbrücken is one of the world's leading centres for language science and technology with faculty and students coming from many countries. An active programme of basic, applied and cognitive research is combined with state-of-the-art facilities to provide students with a rich and stimulating environment for their research.

Academic requirements
Applicants must hold the German "Abitur", "Fachabitur", or an equivalent foreign high school graduation certificate attesting to the qualification for higher education.Applicants must also hold a Bachelor degree (BSc) or equivalent in (Computational) Linguistics, Language Technology, Cognitive Sciences, Computer Science, or another relevant discipline.
