Description
The International Business Administration Department offers a Management Major which equips students with fundamental skills and knowledge in management of global organizations, both for-profit businesses as well as not-for-profit organizations.
It exposes students to various aspects of managing resources, time and personnel while providing students with an appreciation of the role of organizations in society and an understanding of how legal, economic and political developments impact organizations.
Management students are not required to declare a concentration but those who wish to do so may specialize in one of two concentrations, NGO (Non-Governmental Organization) Management or Global Business Strategy and Leadership, according to their personal interests and career aspirations.
