The program is based on a personal profile of the athlete-oriented to, using a system very practical work, workshops, conferences and sessions with industry professionals and exdeportistas methodology. This practical work is focused on the acquisition and improvement of skills and specific skills. This combination of comprehensive vision, specialization, and personnel training, adds value that distinguish this program possible competition.
The program is divided into three sections to be developed simultaneously:
1. Management and Handling: global issues management (marketing, communication, accounting, finance, law, human resources) and English and is incuirán office.
2. Skills and competencies: leadership, decision making, negotiation, public speaking, conflict resolution, time management, as well as personal skills (coaching, NLP)

Evaluation and Accrediation
The evaluation will be continuous and will be carried through the attendance, delivery of the works or cases that teachers request.
Design and development of the final project will be valued. Students must choose, during the first months of the course, an issue that wants to develop and make their final project. This project will have a tutor who is skilled in the art and will be responsible for ensuring proper application of the concepts addressed in the course to the specific topic of the project.
Upon completion of studies and for once the established academic requirements, students will get a diploma from INSA INEFC and Marketing and Communication Business School.
