Science asks questions about how the natural world works. It does this in a systematic manner, yet rigorously creative manner centered on evidence and query such as notions. This approach has led to our present comprehension of nature as being (in large part) systematic and predictable, and it has significant significant advances in human wellbeing. A Bachelor of Science will educate students to take part in this practice of enquiry, by both contributing to it and by using scientific knowledge to address current issues. Students will learn core concepts and skills necessary for scientific inquiry: investigating the organic world, proposing and analyzing some ideas by experimentation and monitoring; measuring and modelling procedures; communicating findings, thinking independently and seriously. Within each app students may choose from a range of scientific areas to match their interests, studying a core of basic science units to which other mathematics units, and if desirable, non-science units, could be inserted.
