IUE aims to provide sufficient information about the sports industry and management in sports institutions for undergraduates around Turkey with “Master Program in Sports Management”. Program focusing on educating graduates who will specialize in sports industry and sports management whom then, will occupy managerial positions in sports institutions. The major advantage of the program is; providing graduates with a specialization area of which is a new and developing industry in Turkey where there are very few similar graduate programs.

Students who will attend to the program will study sports management beside basic management courses during the program in two years. Master in Sports Management program gives courses of lectures specialized in sports management apart from management courses in MBA program which is already been executing by Graduate School of Social Sciences.

The students studying in this second cycle program without thesis are required:

to take a minimum of 10 courses with a minimum of 30 local credits and a non-credit semester project which is graded on a pass/fail basis.

to succeed in all the courses with a letter grade of at least CC/S

to have a Cumulative Grade Point Average of at least 3.00/4.00 with a minimum of 90 ECTS credits.

A-2-FOREIGN NATIONALS:

To hold an Undergraduate Degree Diploma from a (4 year) higher education institution that is recognized by the Higher Education Board, (To graduate from undergraduate program of Department of Psychology to apply for Experimental Psychology master program, to graduate from Faculty of Law for Special Law master program)

To be exempt from foreign language proficiency, students need to meet the below requirements:

To be graduated from a higher education program in which the medium of instruction is the same language as in the master program applied for within three years following their graduation,

To obtain the scores in the exams specified below, or obtain an equivalent score in the internationally recognized foreign language exams that are deemed equivalent to the exams specified below by the Higher Education Board.
