Sabanci Executive MBA is an intensive program organized in four four-month long semesters.

The first two semesters concentrate on the development of the academic foundation. Moderately theoretical courses that are designed to develop analytical and business skills and knowledge are provided. In the second term, the students take Strategic Management, Organizational Behavior & Leadership courses to gain knowledge and skills necessary to lead and run an entire organization. During the second term the students will visit MIT Sloan School of Management & will take courses on Leadership, Innovation & Entrepreneurship.

In the third semester, through a selection of elective courses, students develop more in-depth knowledge in certain management topics.

In the last semester the students integrate all the knowledge they have learned so far through the program with the courses given on Global & Local Business Context, Business Ethics & Business Simulation.

Candidates are invited for an interview and the assessment is based on the review of the application file. In addition to the web-based application, the following documents are required to complete an application: * Graduation certificate/ diploma from an undergraduate institution * Transcripts for undergraduate and, if applicable, graduate studies * Detailed resume including specific information on work experience * Two letters of recommendation (Please use SU Recommendation Letter Form)Letter of IntentStarting from 2013-2014 acedemic year, ALES or equivalent test scores are not required for the applications to Executive MBA program.English Proficiency Exam Result: Accepted English proficiency exams and the minimum required scores are given in the following table. Photocopy of exam results is acceptable for application, but original documents should be submitted during admission. A score that is older than two years is not accepted. English Language Requirements IELTS band: 6.5 TOEFL paper-based test score : 557 TOEFL iBT® test: 83 Work Experience At least 5 year(s) of work experience is required.

Various merit-based scholarships are available to MBA students. All scholarship requests should be submitted with the application documents. Scholarship applications will be evaluated by the Scholarship Committee based on academic and other achievements.

Applications for scholarships/assistantships are done as part of the on-line application process, simply by checking a box in the on-line application form. The only exception i the Erasmus-Mundus scholarships that have seperate process.

The Aysegul Arsoy Scholarship
Sabanci University has dedicated an annual MBA scholarship in honor of the late Mrs. Aysegul Arsoy in memory of her contributions during the founding of the University. Mrs. Aysegul Arsoy was a long time proponent of the University, both during its inception and design process. Mrs. Arsoy possessed a BSc degree in Industrial Engineering from Bogazici University, a MSc degree in Industrial Administration from Purdue University, and was a PhD student at Bogazici University.

Aysegul Arsoy scholarship is granted by faculty for one of the MBA students each year.

This scholarship includes tuition fee exemption, monthly stipend payment between September-June, free housing (in double room) or if the student lives off campus a monthly transportation support for ten months and book support up to 200$ annually.

Sabanci School of Management Assistantships
Each year several assistantships are available to qualified students. The recipients are provided either full or partial (2/3 or 1/2) tuition waiver and in return are required to work as assistants to professors at the Faculty of Management. The weekly assistantship workload depends on the tuition waiver given to the student. A student receiving assistantship with full tuition waiver is required to work 10 hours per week, mostly involving teaching assistantship.

There are some scholarships (without any assistantship requirement) with full or partial (2/3, 1/2 or 1/4) tuition waiver.

Coca Cola Içecek International Student Scholarship
Coca Cola Içecek (CCI), Turkeys largest beverage company will support an international student to attend our MBA program beginning with 2011-2012 academic year. To be eligible the candidate should be a citizen of one of the following countries: Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Kirgizstan, Jordan and Ukraine.

We are seeking MBA candidates with an excellent academic record in their undergraduate studies and high TOEFL and GMAT scores.

Coca Cola International Student Scholarship is the most comprehensive scholarship available at Sabanci MBA program. It includes full tuition and fee waiver, monthly stipend and dormitory fee for 10 months (double room), textbook support and travel support for each year. The recipient of the scholarship is expected to have a summer internship at Coca Cola Içecek Turkey and then work at Coca Cola for a period after the graduation.

Erasmus Mundus Scholarships
Sabanci University is in 3 Lots (Lot 14: China, Lot 11: Afghanistan, Bhutan, Nepal, Pakistan, Bangladesh, India, Indonesia, Lot 3: Palestine, Israel) under the framework of the Erasmus Mundus External Cooperation Window (EM ECW), a scholarship program set up and financed by the European Commission.

Erasmus Mundus Scholarships are available for MBA students as well. The recipient of the scholarship receives full tuition and fees, 1000/month stipend plus travel and insurance expenses.

In addition to the students from the target countries, citizens of these countries with refugee status in other countries can also apply for the Erasmus Mundus scholarship.
