The University of Cincinnati offers a comprehensive Human Resources program designed to prepare students for dynamic careers in the field of human resources management. The Lindner College of Business MA-HR is a rigorous and intensive program that prepares professionals to serve in leadership roles as a senior management team member in human resources.
Required coursework includes 30 semester credit hours in total (beyond any needed courses to satisfy the pre-requisite requirements). Your program can be completed in two semesters beginning with the fall semester in August.
The Basic Business Knowledge (BBK) requirements for all master's degrees offered in the Lindner College of Business are met by the pre-requisite classes in Business Analytics, Finance, and Economics along with Financial Accounting in the first semester.
